To that, the patient may either respond 'Yes' or 'No'. The doctor may then assess their probability to whether or not they have NPD, by counting the number of 'Yes' and 'No's. Boundaies and a criteria would be set out for this. For example, 23 out of 25 potential 'Yes's, could mean you have NPD. Questions may differ throughout different institutions for NPD is a fairly recently recognised disorder so there is no strict assessment for it yet, though the questions will be similar.
